3. There is no professional training assistance. The rapid development of an enterprise depends on inheritance. Inheritance is not only spiritual, but also behavioral and conscious. These are realized through training. Therefore, if an enterprise does not establish a training system, inheritance cannot be carried out. Some enterprises do not have a training system for a long time. Naturally, the brain drain is serious and the system cannot be inherited, which makes it difficult to maintain the system. In the long run, enterprises will fall into an irreversible state. Training is not omnipotent, but it is impossible without professional training.
