Due to the deviation in understanding and the lack of experience of the project manager, the technical test personnel are more and more biased in the transmission of biased information. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain effective communication with customers. Under the condition of insisting on the initial confirmation of functions and not adding additional demand orders, the existing functional requirements will be explained clearly, which will save a lot of time for later delivery of foreign trade software.

The second factor is that the detailed rules are mostly "oral". This kind of situation often occurs in foreign trade software projects with insufficient manpower and short implementation cycle. At the beginning of the implementation of the foreign trade software, the nodes of each link will be well planned, and each stage will also contain some more detailed small nodes. Because the small nodes have not been well documented, only "oral" explanation is left. For example, on a code prototype, some small details have been optimized and informed of the development of related links. Because there is no transfer of substantive content such as documents between them, there will be omissions and deviations of people and information in the middle, and it is easy to argue at the later stage of the project. Mature software companies have good tools and strict procedures to standardize their behavior in this regard, which can save you time for sorting out and ensure the stable and orderly progress of the whole project.

The third factor is that the form is repeated and the implementation is not in place. After the completion of each project, a review meeting will be held. The main purpose is to summarize the gains and losses of this project through the analysis of the process from project initiation to completion. Including: highlights and deficiencies of the project. In view of the deficiencies, we should dig into the causes and analyze them, sort out the solutions and apply them to the next project.
