In recent years, the trendy toy building blocks bears with original prices ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand yuan have been hyped up in the market. In particular, the prices of some "artist co-branded" and "brand co-branded limited" models have been fired up to more than 100,000 yuan or even higher. Under the temptation of profit, some lawbreakers attempt to smuggle these trendy toys for profit.

Recently, the customs officer of the Overseas Customs Postal Articles Supervision Section of Jiangmen Customs inspected a batch of mail from Japan by X-ray machine and found that although the size of the mail is different, the shape is more uniform, which is different from the previously declared "toy "big different.

After unpacking and inspection of the mail, the customs officers found that there were trendy toys of all sizes, the smallest being only 7 cm and the largest being 70 cm. There were 43 mail items and 12 varieties. Comprehensive appearance, brand model and other factors, after joint research and judgment by multiple departments, the customs finally confirmed that these express items are trendy toy building blocks bears.

"Building block bear" is a toy originating from Japan. It is understood that there are three different sizes of building block bears on the market: 100%, 400%, and 1000%. Among them, joint models, star models, and limited models have higher prices. Among the trendy toy brick bears seized by Jiangmen Customs this time are the "Mona Lisa" model co-branded with the Louvre, the "Venom" model co-branded with Marvel, and the Van Gogh Museum series. Most of these toys are 1000% in size.

The official issue price is US$720, which is equivalent to RMB 4,600. On the Internet, most sellers are selling prices close to 9,000 yuan.

Li Ling, the second-level sponsor of the Postal Articles Supervision Division of the Overseas Customs under Jiangmen Customs: Their declared price is only RMB 300-800, and we believe that there is a suspicion of smuggling through under-quoted prices.

At present, these smuggled building block bears have been seized by the customs and handed over to the anti-smuggling department for further investigation.
