Through the acquisition of Endless Games, Goliath has increased its global core game and puzzle portfolio.

Jochanan Golad, CEO of Goliath, said: "This is Goliath's fourth North American acquisition in the past seven years, and the eleventh global acquisition in the past seven years, because we have expanded to become one of the largest private toy companies in the world. ."

"Endless Games will continue to operate in the New Jersey office this fall, and plans to fully integrate into Goliath's distribution network by the first quarter of 2022," said David Norman, president of Goliath's North American office. "We are also pleased to announce that Brian Turtle has agreed to join Goliath's management team to help drive our business forward."

Endless Games’ Kevin McNulty commented: “I’m very happy to let Goliath inherit the great brands that Mike Gasser, Brian Turtle and other members of our team have built over the past 25 years. Sell our business to a marketing company that can maximize us. Companies with product potential feel great."
