In terms of the construction of safe campus, the national standard "requirements for safety prevention in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens" puts forward the overall requirements for the construction of safety prevention system in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, defines 16 key parts and areas for safety prevention, and makes detailed provisions on the corresponding preventive measures and system technical requirements. The implementation of this standard will help to enhance the campus security ability, effectively resist illegal infringement, and better promote the construction of "safe campus". The newly revised and issued national standard of red scarf mainly strengthens the product safety, color fastness, color difference, practicality, etc., improves the product quality of red scarf, effectively ensures the safety and health of children and children, and is conducive to strengthening the standardization and unification of young pioneers' signs and maintaining the organizational image of young pioneers.

In terms of digital textbooks, three national standards, such as the basic process of digital textbook publishing in primary and secondary schools, stipulate the basic process of digital textbook publishing activities in primary and secondary schools, put forward quality requirements for digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools, give the detection process and method, and put forward an overall scheme that can be compatible with the field of education and publishing. The implementation of this standard will provide a reference basis for publishing units to ensure the quality of digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools, lay a technical foundation for the large-scale publication and dissemination of digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools, and play a supporting role in the follow-up governance of digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools.

In terms of children's articles, three national standards, namely, general technical specifications for children's luggage, children's watches and safety performance test methods for children's high chairs, have put forward quality requirements and test methods for children's luggage, children's watches and children's high chairs, which are conducive to improving the safety performance of products, better protecting children's legitimate rights and interests, and standardizing and guiding the high-quality development of related industries. Five national standards, including "determination of boric acid and borate content in toy materials inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry", put forward determination methods and index requirements for the detection of boric acid and borate, isothiazolinone preservatives and other harmful substances contained in toys, finger painting pigments and other products, which can effectively improve the quality of children's products and reduce the harm of harmful substances to children's health, At the same time, it helps guide toy enterprises to better deal with EU technical barriers to trade and escort "made in China". In addition, national standards such as test method for overall bearing impact performance of infant walking belts have been issued, which will play an active role in their respective fields.

In daily life, national standards play the role of "child guardian" and have been "silently" guarding children. At present, China has formulated and issued more than 150 national standards related to infant and child products, which comprehensively cover the fields of clothing, food, housing, transportation, outdoor activities, home life, campus learning and so on, and comprehensively "escort" the healthy growth of children.

In the next step, the General Administration of market supervision (the Standards Committee) will earnestly perform its duties, respond to social calls, adhere to problem orientation, strengthen the formulation and revision of standards, and contribute to the protection of children's health and safety.
