In terms of the construction of safe campus, the national standard "requirements for safety prevention in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens" puts forward the overall requirements for the construction of safety prevention system in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, defines 16 key parts and areas for safety prevention, and makes detailed provisions on the corresponding preventive measures and system technical requirements. The implementation of this standard will help to enhance the campus security ability, effectively resist illegal infringement, and better promote the construction of "safe campus". The newly revised and issued national standard of red scarf mainly strengthens the product safety, color fastness, color difference, practicality, etc., improves the product quality of red scarf, effectively ensures the safety and health of children and children, and is conducive to strengthening the standardization and unification of young pioneers' signs and maintaining the organizational image of young pioneers.
