In order to promote the effective application of national standard samples and help the high-quality development of the toy and baby products industry, Guangzhou Customs will officially start the pilot application in August 2021, and formulate the content and plan of the pilot work plan for the development trend of standard samples of toys and baby products. In April 2022, a total of 21 national standard sample projects across the country passed the project approval review. Among them, the “Pilot of Standard Samples for Toys and Baby Products” hosted by Guangzhou Customs was successfully shortlisted for the first batch of national standard sample pilot projects.

In recent years, Guangzhou Customs Technology Center has successfully prepared 9 national standard samples in the fields of toys and infants, and 2 preparation technologies have obtained national invention patents. Proficiency testing activities. At present, the standard samples and related technical achievements developed by the center have been popularized and applied in 39 countries and economies.
