According to the announcement, in order to do a good job in exporting new coronavirus vaccines and support international anti-epidemic cooperation, the new coronavirus vaccine products that have been approved by the State Medical Products Administration or approved for marketing and registration applications with conditions are now listed as "new types of products available for export." List of Coronavirus Vaccine Products (Developed and Produced by Chinese Enterprises)". The list will be dynamically adjusted in due course according to the approval of the State Drug Administration.

At present, countries around the world are highly concerned about the production and supply of the new crown vaccine. What are the background conditions and main considerations for the release of the "List of Vaccine Products Available for Export" for the four sectors?

In order to further support countries in fighting the epidemic and comprehensively expanding international cooperation in vaccines, the Ministry of Commerce, in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Health Commission, and the National Food and Drug Administration, issued the "Announcement on Announcement of the List of New Coronavirus Vaccine Products Available for Export."

The four vaccines listed this time have been approved for conditional marketing in China, and the two vaccines of its Chinese medicine Zhongsheng Beijing Company and Beijing Kexing Zhongwei Company have been included in the WHO emergency use list. The above-mentioned vaccine products have been vaccinated on a large scale in China and have been approved for use in hundreds of countries around the world. The list will also be dynamically adjusted in a timely manner in accordance with the approval and listing of the Food and Drug Administration.

The release of the list of vaccine products available for export by the Chinese government is a powerful measure to highlight the attributes of China's vaccines as a global public product and promote international anti-epidemic cooperation. In order to ensure the quality and safety of vaccine products and improve trade efficiency, we support the Chinese vaccine manufacturers listed in the list to organize exports on their own, focusing on increasing product supply and stabilizing market expectations, so that all countries, especially developing countries, can use it. The vaccine is available and affordable. At the same time, we continue to support the strengthening of cooperation between Chinese vaccine manufacturers and the WHO's "New Crown Vaccine Implementation Plan", and support the development of joint R&D and cooperative production of vaccines.

The Ministry of Commerce will work with relevant departments to provide support and assistance for countries to purchase vaccines from China, and take practical actions to help vaccines become a global public product, help the world overcome the epidemic at an early date, and promote the construction of a human health community.
