Zhou Haoli, Indonesian Ambassador to China, believes that traditional Chinese medicine has been spreading in Southeast Asia since the 14th century, when many Chinese doctors and pharmacists came to Indonesia to treat local people. Today, Chinese medicine is deeply loved by the Indonesian people. Traditional medicine is one of the trade areas worth paying attention to between Indonesia and China, and both countries have a lot of room for development in the field of traditional medicine.

Ali Zahiri, UAE Ambassador to China, said that traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the UAE and is deeply loved by the UAE people, and has played an active role in maintaining the health of the UAE people. In the process of fighting against the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the UAE has learned from China's experience, played the unique role of traditional Chinese medicine, and quickly adopted a variety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment plans, which is also one of the key measures of the government to fight the epidemic.

Gao Yuankun, chairman of Hongjitang Pharmaceuticals, said in his keynote speech that Hongjitang Pharmaceuticals continued to increase efforts to develop the international trade market, and more than 20 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines have been approved for registration in Macao and sold to many countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”. Hongjitang Pharmaceutical will comprehensively improve the level of international cooperation and exchanges, and contribute to the construction of overseas Chinese medicine centers, the formulation of international standards, the dissemination of overseas brands, and the construction of international trade cooperation bases.
