Asia remains the largest market for China's exports, with a growth rate of 5.1% compared to the same period last year, showing stable and promising performance.
The demand in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa has rebounded, and China's exports to these regions have steadily increased. Data shows that China maintains a double-digit growth trend in exports to ASEAN and the Middle East. Among them, China's exports to ASEAN continued the good growth trend last year, mainly due to factors such as the effectiveness of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) dividend and the increasing complementary relationship between China and ASEAN industrial chains. Import and export data shows that benefiting from long-term stable economic and trade exchanges, China's exports to Africa increased by 21.2% year-on-year.
