Cost pressures have skyrocketed, and paint companies are calling "helpless"

According to incomplete statistics, since May, more than ten coating companies have sent letters to increase the price. Many other coating companies have stated that although they have not issued paper letters, they are not due to the pressure of raw material price increases and the lack of stock in the market. In a stable situation, the prices of most products have also been quietly increased, and downstream customers have been negotiated, and one-to-one pricing and supply have been carried out based on indicators such as the quantity purchased by the customer and the product level.

Different from upstream raw material companies, the price increase has brought a pour of profit soaring, and the price increase of the coating industry is more like a "helpless move."

Since the beginning of the year, dozens of paint companies have raised prices. It seems that the battle has been large and mighty. Some even joked that the paint industry has finally subverted history, fought a turnaround, and has greater bargaining power, but the truth is true. Is that so? Industry insiders said that behind the brilliance is the bloody truth.

The person in charge of a number of coating companies said that they have been under pressure for more than a few months. If the price is not raised, they will not only face losses, but also the tragic ending of the company's bankruptcy and the disbandment of personnel. On the one hand, I dare not to increase too fast or too hard for fear of losing customers; on the other hand, in order to continue production and operation, the "blood collapse" cannot fail to increase prices.
