Guangxi Sengong Imported Timber Industrial Park Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Tengyue Wood Products Co., Ltd., Dongguan Huinan Furniture Co., Ltd., Dongguan Lefeng Industrial Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Yongcheng Woodware Products Co., Ltd. The company and Dongguan Xinyuan Furniture Co., Ltd. signed a formal investment agreement, and signed an investment framework agreement with Dongguan Riyuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., with an estimated total investment of 950 million yuan.

This signing is an important achievement of Guangxi Forest Industry Group's industrial investment promotion. Project background: Guangxi Forest Industry Imported Timber and Green Home Furniture Industrial Park project is a comprehensive park for green high-end smart home, home improvement, imported wood intensive processing, etc. invested, developed, constructed and operated by Guangxi Forest Industry Group. It was introduced by Qinzhou in 2020. The major "Three Enterprises Entering Qin" project and the autonomous region level will coordinate and promote major projects. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, the total land area is about 5,500 mu, and the total construction area is 4.32 million square meters. The construction is divided into two phases. The first phase mainly builds the international timber exhibition and trading area, the imported timber logistics storage area, the high-end wood product processing area and the comprehensive service area; the second phase mainly builds various wood processing and manufacturing areas. At present, the 3,300-mu core processing zone (phase I) has obtained the national land space planning index and the 2,500-mu forest land occupation index within the land use area. The first phase of the core processing zone has a development area of 3,300 mu. Land acquisition has been basically completed, about 1,700 mu of land has been leveled, and about 1,200 mu of construction land has been submitted for approval. It is currently the fastest-growing park of its kind in Guangxi. The first phase of the PPP project of supporting infrastructure for employees' living in the core processing zone (district complex building, talent apartment, canteen, road network) was declared in July 2021, included in the Ministry of Finance PPP project database in September, and completed all bidding procedures and project companies in December. The establishment is one of the fastest-moving projects in the PPP project of Guangxi Industrial Park in 2021, from declaration to storage, bidding and establishment of project companies.
