Recently, the Malaysia Marketing Center of China Construction Southeast Asia Company successfully won the bid for the PRESTIGE RESIDENCE project in Kuala Lumpur with a contract value of approximately RMB 305 million.

The project is located in Bukit Kali District, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the first housing construction project of a Southeast Asian company in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. It is a milestone in the development of the core regional market in Kuala Lumpur.

The project adopts the construction general contracting mode, with a construction area of 223,000 square meters, including two 28-story high-quality residential buildings with a total of 1,450 apartments and a 9-story above-ground garage and entertainment facilities. The main construction content is the main structure of the building, the fine decoration of the building, the small municipal administration, the roads within the red line and the treatment of rainwater and sewage.

It is reported that the owner of the project is MGB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad, a well-known developer in Malaysia. It is mainly engaged in the development of government affordable housing and high-end apartments.

After the project is completed, it will effectively improve the land utilization rate in the Bukit Kali area. Combined with the dense population and large demand for employment in the area, it can help the government solve the housing problem of local residents, improve the quality of life, ease employment pressure, and promote economic development.
