Recently, a 300-horsepower intelligent unmanned tractor and a 7-share intelligent hydraulic overturning plow developed by an agricultural technology company under Country Garden Group appeared at the wheat harvesting site of Qianjiang Farm in Hubei Province.

At the job site, the staff issued instructions through the tablet computer, and the unmanned tractor began to plough and plough. The operation area exceeded 40 acres within 1 hour, which was twice that of manual operation; the linear operation accuracy could reach ±2.5cm. According to reports, the 7-share intelligent hydraulic overturning plow has a widest working width of 3.5m. It adopts advanced control technology, intelligently controls the ploughing depth, and can feedback and correct the plough posture in real time.

The first appearance of the unmanned tractor was on December 23, 2021, at the on-site demonstration of unmanned agricultural machinery field operations held by Country Garden in the Country Garden Wanmu Smart Agricultural Park in Sanshui District, Foshan City. At the demonstration, the YH3004 crawler-type 300-horsepower cab-less unmanned tractor was equipped with a 1LFT-750 semi-suspension 7-share overturning plow to complete the ground-turning operation, and the 100-meter error of the docking line did not exceed 5cm.

From Foshan to Hubei, this first show in Jingchu verifies the feasibility of Country Garden's unmanned agricultural machinery operation, and also highlights that Country Garden's unmanned agricultural machinery technology is more mature. Country Garden independently developed unmanned agricultural machinery to provide mechanized support for its "unmanned farm model", and this unmanned ploughing operation also indicates that it is one step closer to realizing the "unmanned farm" model.
