Since the beginning of this year, my country's foreign trade imports and exports have overcome many adverse effects such as the tightening of the external environment and the short-term impact of the epidemic, and the cumulative growth rate in the first seven months has reached double digits. According to customs data, in terms of US dollars, from January to July 2022, my country's total import and export value was 3,643.07 billion US dollars, an increase of 10.4%. Since the internal combustion engine industry is affected by international trade and the characteristics of its own enterprise scale, although its import and export performance is not as good as that of the country as a whole, it is generally stable and has a positive trend. According to customs data, in the import amount, all sub-types decreased year-on-year, especially gasoline engines. Specifically: from January to July 2022, the import of diesel engines was US$526 million, a year-on-year increase of -8.24%; the import of gasoline engines was US$395 million, a year-on-year increase of -48.77%; the import of other types of complete machines was US$1.532 billion, a year-on-year increase of -18.55%; The import of components was 2.429 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of -20.10%; the import of generator sets was 255 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 10.44%.

Customs data also shows that in the export value, all subdivisions except gasoline engines have increased year-on-year. Specifically: from January to July 2022, the export of diesel engines was US$637 million, a year-on-year increase of 18.78%; the export of gasoline engines was US$886 million, a year-on-year increase of -17.36%; customs data showed that the export of other types of complete machines was US$1.576 billion, an increase of 18.06% year-on-year; The export of internal combustion engine parts was 6.347 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 8.82%; the export of generator sets was 2.669 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 24.86%.
