Cancellation of international trade import licenses for urea and diammonium phosphate.
Allow private and mixed sector companies, licensed agricultural offices, and the General Union of Agricultural Associations to import urea and DAP fertilizers for international trade without an international trade import license.
3. Allow urea and DAP fertilizers to enter through designated border ports (Trebil, Zurbatiya, Umm Qasr, Nineveh Dam, and Darman in Kirkuk) in accordance with applicable procedures.
The competent department shall conduct chemical and radiological inspections of imported fertilizers for international trade within 48 hours of the border port.
5. Maintain procedures for the transfer of fertilizers from all border crossings and checkpoints to warehouses by the Joint Operations Command and the National Security Council.
