The latest data shows that the United States imported 136.09 million tires in the first half of 2021, a year-on-year increase of 36.3%. Among them, passenger car tire imports increased by 30% year-on-year to 75.55 million; truck and bus tire imports increased by 49% year-on-year to 25.89 million; aircraft tires increased by 3.6% year-on-year to 130,000; motorcycle tires increased by 20% year-on-year to 186 thousand.
