This is another breakthrough in the thinning of heavy film after the outer packaging of the company's resin products was reduced from 160 microns to 140 microns in 2021.

The heavy film thinning application project is a key and effective project of the group company in 2021. At present, the thickness of packaging film adopted by world advanced enterprises is generally controlled between 100 microns and 140 microns. In recent years, Sinopec and its suppliers have actively adjusted the formula, optimized production and testing, carried out technical research, and accelerated the upgrading of resin product packaging.

It is estimated that after the company changes to 120 micron heavy film, it can increase the efficiency by tens of thousands of yuan per 10000 tons of products, reduce the use of 7 tons of heavy film, and reduce the logistics and packaging costs while improving the operation efficiency of the packaging line. At the same time, the heat sealing temperature of the thinned packaging machine decreases significantly, reducing energy consumption.
