3. The factory arranges maintenance personnel to enter the bonded area warehouse and declare domestic maintenance tools and materials to enter the bonded area warehouse.

4. Goods inspection, repair, parts replacement, packaging replacement, etc. shall be carried out in the warehouse in the bonded area.

5. The repaired goods are sent abroad again.
