On September 12, 2019, he served as the director of North China region and the operation manager of Tianjin 2C shipping warehouse. On March 8, 2020, he became the new head of North China region. After the incident, the defendant Jiang truthfully confessed the facts of the crime of accepting bribes, and the defendant Tong Qinglin took the initiative to surrender and truthfully confessed his crimes. Both defendants withdrew all their illegal gains. All the money invaded by the victim unit has been refunded.
