According to reports, the project with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of white cardboard is invested by Sateri (China) Fiber Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Singapore-based Golden Eagle Group. Used in disposable paper cups, cigarette cases, food and liquid food packaging, etc. The total capital investment is about 5.08 billion yuan, the annual sales income is about 5 billion yuan, the annual tax is 200 million yuan, and about 2,000 new jobs can be created.

According to public information on the Internet, the total assets of Singapore Golden Eagle Group exceed US$20 billion, with more than 60,000 employees worldwide, and its subsidiaries in Singapore, Indonesia, China, the Philippines, Malaysia, Brazil and other countries and regions. The main businesses include: forestry, pulp and paper: Asia Pacific Resources Group and Asia Pacific Sembo Group; palm oil: Asian Plantation Group and Summit Group; specialty cellulose: Basi Group; cellulose fiber: Sateri Group and Asia Pacific Rayon; energy Development: Pacific Oil & Gas Co., Ltd., etc.

In addition, two months ago, the Golden Eagle Group (Rugao) Industrial Park project with a total investment of more than 40 billion yuan was born. The land area is about 3,000 mu. The investment projects include lyocell fiber, palm oil, white cardboard products, etc.

In this industrial park, Asia Pacific Senbo Group will invest 20 billion yuan to build a high-grade white cardboard production line with an annual output of 2 million tons. This is another large-scale modern paper project deployed by the group in the Yangtze River Delta after investing heavily in high-end pulp and paper projects in Rizhao City, Shandong Province and Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province.

In July 2020, Golden Eagle Group announced an investment of 20 billion yuan in Beihai, Guangxi to build a project with an annual output of 2 million tons of high-end paper and 1 million tons of pulp.

Currently, Asia-Pacific Senbo (Shandong) Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. invested and constructed by Asia-Pacific Senbo Group in Rizhao, Shandong also has two white cardboard production lines with a total annual capacity of 600,000 tons. If the planned production capacity of Jiangsu, Guangxi and Jiangxi are added, Asia Pacific Senbo will have 5.8 million tons of white card production capacity. At that time, Asia Pacific Senbo will work with Nine Dragons to become a new force in the white card market following APP (including Bohui), Chenming and Taiyang.

As of the end of 2020, my country has 21 white cardboard production enterprises, 32 white cardboard production lines, with an annual production capacity of approximately 13 million tons, while the total production capacity of APP Group (including Bohui), Chenming Group and Sun's "BIG3" reached 10.06 million Tons, accounting for 77.4% of the total production capacity. In 2020, the total demand for white cardboard will be about 10.5 million tons, showing a situation of oversupply in general. However, driven by the skyrocketing price of white cardboard, the ban on waste, the restriction/ban on plastics and other relevant national policies, the production capacity of white cardboard has seen an unprecedented leap forward in recent years.
