Green Bay Packaging to acquire Interstate Packaging

On July 5, Green Bay Packaging Group announced that on June 30, the company officially acquired Interstate Packaging, located in Alberta, Minnesota.

Specific terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition will help Green Bay Packaging expand its operations in Minnesota and Iowa.
