Muffler

It means that for air flow pipes with noise transmission at the same time, noise reduction devices such as pipes and elbows with sound absorption lining or pipes with sudden changes in sectional area and other discontinuous acoustic impedance can be used to attenuate or reflect the noise in the pipes. The former is called resistance muffler, the latter is called resistance muffler, and there is also impedance composite muffler.
