Our factory produces stainless steel reaction vessels (heated by electricity, steam, or thermal oil), which consist of a lid, body, jacket, agitator, shaft seal drive device, and supports. The vessel body and components in contact with the materials inside are made of acid-resistant stainless steel plates such as 0Cr18Ni9 (304), 0Cr18Ni10Ti (321), and 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (316L). Design, manufacturing, and acceptance are in accordance with the technical conditions and requirements of GB150-1998 "Steel Pressure Vessels".
Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, the jacket heating type includes electric heating rod heating, steam heating, and thermal oil circulation heating. Shaft seal devices include packing seals and mechanical seals. Agitator types include anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, propeller type, or frame type. The number, specifications, or other requirements of openings can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
