This dryer is suitable for drying various powdery, granular, lumpy, and filter cake solid materials, as well as pastes, viscous, or volatile substances, including dyes, dye intermediates, inorganic and organic chemical products, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, food, mining, and environmental treatment products, under normal pressure or vacuum conditions. It is applicable to drying heat-sensitive and viscous materials. The drying temperature range is above 30 degrees Celsius. Depending on different needs and conditions, it can be heated by steam, electric heating, oil heating, hot water heating, hot air furnace heating, or even boiler flue gas heating, making it highly adaptable.

This equipment has a simple structure, is easy to operate, has a long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and produces high-quality products. It is particularly suitable for drying paste-like materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, or easily oxidized at room temperature. Long-term user experience has proven this machine to be an excellent drying device. Principle: The material to be dried is added from the top center of the shell. Under the continuous stirring of the rake teeth rotating in both directions, the material moves back and forth axially, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. Indirectly heated by steam, the uniform stirring of the rake teeth, and the crushing action of the pulverizing rods facilitate the removal of surface moisture from the material. The vaporized moisture is then recovered from the vacuum pump outlet through a dust collector and condenser.
