The scraped-plate thin-film evaporator is a high-efficiency evaporation and distillation device that uses high-speed rotation to distribute liquid into a uniform thin film for evaporation or distillation. It can also perform deodorization, defoaming reactions, heating, and cooling unit operations, and is widely applicable to Chinese and Western pharmaceutical, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical, and environmental protection industries. Performance and Features:

1. High heat transfer coefficient and large evaporation capacity, with an evaporation intensity reaching 200 kg/m³/h and high thermal efficiency.

2. Short material heating time, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operation under vacuum conditions, which is particularly advantageous for heat-sensitive materials, preventing any decomposition of components and ensuring product quality.

3. Wide range of adaptable viscosity, capable of handling materials of both high and low viscosity, up to 100,000 CP.

4. The evaporation time of the material in the evaporator can be adjusted by changing the rotation direction of the scraper grooves.

5. The inner wall of the evaporation section is precision-bored and polished, making it less prone to coking and scaling.
