Product Overview

The centrifugal scraped-film evaporator adopts advanced foreign technology and holds a leading position in the domestic scraped-film evaporator field. This equipment was once used as the main unit of the "scraped-type vacuum mixing unit" and won the third prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the State Pharmaceutical Administration.

Performance and Features

This equipment employs a centrifugal sliding groove rotor, representing the latest evaporator structure available internationally. It can form a thin film even with very low flow rates. Deposits from the treated liquid adhering to the inner wall of the evaporation section are quickly removed by the moving scraper. Compared to fixed-gap scraper evaporators, the evaporation rate can be increased by 40%-69%. It possesses the following performance characteristics:

1. High heat transfer coefficient, large evaporation capacity, with an evaporation intensity reaching 200 kg/m².hr, and high thermal efficiency.

2. Short material heating time, approximately 5 to 10 seconds, and operation under vacuum conditions, which is particularly advantageous for heat-sensitive materials, preventing any decomposition of components and ensuring product quality.

3. Wide adaptability to viscosity variations; it can handle materials of varying viscosities, up to 100,000 centipoise (CP).

4. Changing the rotation direction of the scraper grooves adjusts the material's aeration time within the evaporator.

5. The inner wall of the evaporation section is precision-bored and polished, preventing coking and caking on the surface.

6. Easy to operate, product indicators are easy to adjust, and continuous production can be carried out automatically under closed conditions.

7. Small footprint, simple structure, convenient maintenance, and easy cleaning.
