Entering the dyeing workshop of Shandong Kangpingna Group Co., Ltd., a few workers press the button in the control room, and the entire printing and dyeing production line can automatically start to work. The dyed cheeses are neatly placed on the shelves, realizing the whole process of intelligence.

How does the "sunset industry" meet the rising sun? With technology, industry, and platform, Kangpinna has embarked on a perfect road of transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.

On the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Shandong Kangpingna Group Co., Ltd. was awarded the National Advanced Primary Party Organization.

The world's first breakthrough in full-process automated dyeing technology

How to break through the bottleneck of the textile industry? Kang Pinna has always insisted on scientific and technological innovation as a means of transforming the growth mode. It has successively united with scientific research institutes such as the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Central Academy of Mechanical Sciences. The party secretary Chen Tuifan personally selected the backbone of party members and led the research and development personnel to conduct research and repeated experiments. After 12 years, the complete set of technology and equipment for digital automatic dyeing of Kangpingna cheese yarn won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, making China the first country in the world to break through the full-process automatic dyeing technology and realize the engineering application. The forefront of the industry. The company has realized the in-depth development from fabric production to the dyeing and finishing equipment manufacturing industry, and successfully realized transformation and upgrading.

In 2002, Kangpingna undertook the national technological transformation project "High-end woolen fabric dyeing and finishing production line technological transformation project", introduced international advanced dyeing and finishing technology and equipment, improved the level of enterprise equipment, and built a woolen industrial park. On June 19, 2004, Kangpingna Wool Spinning Industrial Park was officially completed and opened.

Since 2008, the company has been continuously listed as one of the top 10 competitive enterprises in China's wool spinning industry, and has become the only brand among the top 10 woolen textile enterprises in China.

Created the world's first smart cheese dyeing demonstration factory

There are only three or two workers inspecting the equipment in the entire Campina factory's fully automated assembly line. Such results benefit from Campina's "Complete Technology and Equipment for Digital Automatic Dyeing of Cheese".

In 2015, the company’s party committee seized the strategic opportunity of “Made in China 2025”, undertook the country’s first batch of pilot demonstration projects for smart manufacturing, and created the world’s first packaged yarn smart dyeing demonstration factory, realizing the digital and smart whole process from embryonic yarn to colored yarn finished product. Chemical production, the first-time qualification rate of yarn is over 98%, labor is reduced by 80%, and production efficiency is increased by 28%. Compared with the national industry standards, it saves 70% of water, 45% of electricity, and 58% of steam per ton of yarn. The printing and dyeing industry has played a good promotion, application and demonstration effect.

At the same time, the company has established a regional intelligent dyeing shared factory with a point-to-point, demonstration and promotion, and plans to build 50 intelligent dyeing shared factories in the national textile and garment printing and dyeing gathering area during the "13th and 14th Five-Year Plan" 10 years. At present, intelligent dyeing shared factories in Xinjiang, Jiangsu, and Shandong have been built and put into production one after another.

Shandong Province has promoted the implementation of the "1+7" regional shared factory system construction plan for the printing and dyeing industry in the whole province. Taking the Kangpingna Smart Dyeing Demonstration Factory as a carrier, Shandong Province has built an intelligent cloud platform integrating collaborative innovation, creative design, custom trading, market sharing and other functions. It has built 7 distributions in 7 regions including Zaozhuang and Liaocheng. A new type of intelligent green printing and dyeing park, forming a "1+7" regional shared factory construction system.

At present, the construction framework of the “1+7” regional shared factory system in the printing and dyeing industry of the province has basically taken shape. After the "1+7" shared factory system is fully completed, the annual printing and dyeing capacity will reach 720,000 tons, which basically fills the gap in the printing and dyeing capacity of our province, and the comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 640,000 tons of standard coal.

Take the lead in establishing the National Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Center

In order to strive for the creation of a national advanced printing and dyeing technology innovation center, Kampina Group has established a special work class with Party Secretary and Chairman Chen Tufan as the team leader and General Manager Liu Lin as the deputy team leader. Relying on the enterprise's superior resources in technological innovation, achievement transformation, collaborative innovation, etc., to solve the problem of leading creation, and to coordinate with the 15 shareholder units of authoritative universities, scientific research institutes, and leading enterprises in the printing and dyeing industry chain to form an independent legal entity to undertake the construction task. The industrial chain covers more than 90%; to solve the problem of fierce competition, actively report to China Textile Industry Federation and China Textile Printing and Dyeing Association, hire Academician Yu Jianyong as the center’s chief scientist, hire Chen Zhihua as the center’s founding leader, and strive for Donghua University, Industry association resources support, while actively seeking strong support from the provincial and municipal party committees, governments and relevant departments; to solve the complicated problems of the work, while preparing the construction plan, preparing the physical space and other software and hardware work, break the unfavorable factors caused by the epidemic and fully Use online communication and offline supplementary methods to actively organize academician and expert seminars to enhance the center's research and development capabilities.

In June 2020, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology approved the National Advanced Printing and Dyeing Technology Innovation Center officially settled in Tai'an, Shandong, becoming the first national manufacturing innovation center in Shandong Province. The center gathers industry innovation resources, solves the industry's international cutting-edge technology and "stuck neck" technical problems, and is committed to creating a world-class innovation source for advanced printing and dyeing technology.
