An anti-dumping duty of US$2.08/kg was imposed on the products involved. The product involved is a single color (natural color, natural color, Bleaching and dyeing) plain weave fabrics, involving products under Peru tax numbers 5512.11.00.00, 5512.19.00.00, 5513.11.00.00 and 5513.21.00.00. The announcement will take effect the day after its issuance and will be valid for five years.

On May 21, 2021, Peru issued Announcement No. 170-2021/CDB-INDECOPI, making preliminary anti-dumping rulings on the products involved in the case originating in China, and imposing a temporary anti-dumping duty of US$2.08/kg on the products involved. This is the second time since the announcement. It will take effect on the date and will be valid for four months.
