On May 20, Zhongtai Henghui medical and sanitary materials Co., Ltd. held a startup ceremony to celebrate the smooth operation of the project with an annual output of 140000 tons of biodegradable spunlaced nonwovens. Trutschler, as one of the major equipment suppliers of the project, was invited to attend.
Zhongtai Henghui was jointly invested and built by Zhongtai group and Nantong Henghui enterprise in September 2020, specializing in the R & D, production and sales of Spunlaced non-woven fabrics and their products. Zhongtai Henghui has filled the market gap of Nonwovens in Western China. After the project is completed, it can consume high white viscose locally and make full use of local resources.
The second phase of the general planning of Zhongtai Henghui project, with a total investment of 1.5 billion, covers an area of 220 mu, and constructs 12 high-performance Spunlaced non-woven production lines, which can produce 140000 tons of bio based green degradable spunlaced nonwovens per year. Seven Spunlaced wires are planned to be put into operation this year.
As the largest equipment supplier of Zhongtai Henghui spunlace project, trutschler has provided the project with supporting equipment such as opener, online carding machine, drafting machine, spunlace machine, dryer and winding machine.
The core business of Zhongtai group includes chemical industry, textile and agriculture. It is the second largest viscose fiber production enterprise, the first viscose yarn and the first cotton processing enterprise in China. As one of trutschler's largest customers in China, the cooperation between the two sides in spinning projects can be traced back to 2013. The holding company of Zhongtai group has more than 700 trutschler carding machines and more than 200 drawing frames.
Trutschler has the honor to become one of the partners of the textile industry chain development strategy of China Thailand group. We look forward to more and more in-depth cooperation with China Thailand group in the future to jointly promote the upgrading and iteration of China's textile industry.
