Entrusted by the China National Textile and Apparel Council, China Textile Machinery Association hosted the "3D Additive Printing Intelligent Equipment for Textile Fabrics" jointly undertaken by Donghua University and Fujian Yili Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. through an "online meeting" on June 21. The project independently developed the 3D additive automatic printing process and equipment for shoe materials and fabrics: developed a redundant drive high-precision alignment system to achieve fast and high-precision automatic alignment of the screen; established an adaptive squeegee force control algorithm , according to the off-grid conditions of different slurries and the mechanical properties of textile fabrics, to obtain optimized squeegee force and squeegee printing speed and other parameters; developed a highly integrated and real-time 3D additive printing control system; developed a The equipment is equipped with high-solid-content water-based polyurethane glue; through multiple overprinting and overprinting, high-precision 3D additive printing with a thickness of more than 0.8mm is realized. The project has developed 11 models of 3D additive printing equipment, established an intelligent 3D additive printing workshop, realized industrialization, improved production efficiency and product quality, and reduced overall operating costs.

The appraisal committee listened to the report of the project undertaking unit, reviewed the appraisal materials, and the test team conducted on-site tests and inspections. After inquiries and discussions, the appraisal committee completed the requirements of the mission statement, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, the economic and social benefits are good, and the market prospect is broad. It is agreed that the project will pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements, and it is suggested to further accelerate the promotion and application in the industry.
