On the basis of carrying out the pilot work of centralized collection of hazardous wastes in the three major dyeing and finishing centralized control areas in 2021, Quanzhou Shishi Ecological Environment Bureau, under the guidance of the superior ecological and environmental protection department, cooperated with the Dyeing and Finishing Industry Association to carry out an analysis of the current situation of solid waste generation in enterprises in the printing and dyeing industry. Clarify the main responsibilities of printing and dyeing enterprises, the standardized management requirements of collecting pilot units, the responsibilities and management requirements of park management agencies, the key points of assisting management of industry associations, and the environmental supervision and management responsibilities of ecological environment authorities, and further improve the whole process of solid waste in Shishi City, standardized Management system, explore and summarize the scientific path of "industry + park" standardized management, and strive to create "shishi experience" in the standardized management of solid waste.

So far, 51 waste-producing enterprises in the park have signed contracts with pilot collection enterprises, accounting for 78.46% of the total number of enterprises in the park. In 2022, the Shishi printing and dyeing industry will implement the whole-process management of solid waste.
