To this end, Shenzhen Customs has extensively carried out RCEP tariff reduction, rules of origin and other policies to the textile and garment enterprises in its jurisdiction through a combination of "online + offline", on-site service window counseling, scanning code inquiry and answering, etc.; If necessary, the customs printed a list of Japan's tax reduction for the textile and clothing industry, and sent it to the exporting enterprises to Japan in a targeted manner to help enterprises understand the RCEP policy and enjoy the dividends.

Shenzhen Customs vigorously promotes intelligent auditing and self-service printing of RCEP certificates of origin to further improve audit efficiency. Cooperate with Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Municipal Justice Bureau, and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration to jointly build Shenzhen RCEP Service Center, relying on the service center entity to better serve international trade textile and garment enterprises.
