Good for the development of international trade! "The inaugural ceremony of the China-Europe train (Shenyang) assembly center train" was held at the Puhe Logistics Base in Shenyang on the 4th.

The successful launch of the Central European Train (Shenyang) is an important measure for Shenyang to speed up the construction of the Northeast Sea and Land Passage, promote the high-level opening up and achieve a new breakthrough. It is also an important action to be the main force of Northeast China's revitalization of the "high jump team" and "Liao-Shen Campaign" in the new era with new weather, new responsibilities and new role.

On the same day, a China-Europe train with 55 40-foot containers for international trade exports set off from the Puhe Logistics Base in Shenyang. The goods of this train come from Shenyang, Liaoning and the three northeastern provinces, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and other regions. The goods category covers more than 100 kinds of auto parts, mechanical equipment, electronic products, medical devices, daily necessities, etc., with an average value of about 90000 US dollars per case, a record high.

It is reported that in June 2022, Sinotrans Co., Ltd. and China Railway Shenyang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. established a joint venture to jointly build the Sino-Europe train (Shenyang) gathering center relying on Shenyang Puhe Logistics Base, one of the country's 18 railway container hubs and the national first-class railway freight hub. On the basis of the existing railway operation line, container yard and other facilities invested and constructed by 2 billion yuan (the same below) in Puhe Logistics Base, an additional investment of 52.8 million yuan will be made to build a special customs supervision area of 80000 square meters, the digital information management system of the station and the purchase of multimodal transport and transfer facilities, which will realize the commencement and completion of the same year, and can meet the demand of more than 1000 China-Europe trains (Shenyang) operating annually.

As of February 2023, the China-Europe Express (Shenyang) has a total of 2149 trains, which is the largest, fastest, most extensive and cost-effective China-Europe Express in Northeast China. It has formed a resilient international trade logistics supply chain, opened a new channel for Asia-Europe international trade and transportation in Liaoshen and built a new platform for open cooperation.

During the event, Shenyang Municipal Government, Sinotrans and Shenyang Railway Administration of China signed the Cooperation Agreement on Jointly Running China-Europe Trains (Shenyang) to Build a National China-Europe Train Hub.

Next, relying on the gathering center of the China-Europe Express (Shenyang), Shenyang will accelerate the construction of an international dry port with a planned area of 18 square kilometers, focusing on the development of timber trading, modern logistics and other industries, and promoting the development of international trade.
