For 13 consecutive years, China's shipbuilding industry has ranked first in the world in terms of market share in international trade. From the initial bulk cargo ships to today's large cruise ships, China's shipbuilding industry has been constantly striving to become stronger at sea. Currently, the international trade market share of China's shipbuilding industry has remained the first for 13 consecutive years. Domestic large cruise ships have become another symbol of China's shipbuilding industry entering the high-end ship market, and the international trade market has steadily developed.

From a construction perspective, transformation and upgrading is a continuous process. The construction of this cruise ship also marks that China has become the fifth country in the world to design and build large-scale cruise ships, and international trade has steadily developed.

After graduating in 2001, Chen Gang joined Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding. From attending the commencement ceremony of the first ship at the shipyard to the imminent delivery of domestic large cruise ships, he has witnessed the transformation and upgrading of China's shipbuilding industry over the past 20 years.
