On April 14, the unveiling ceremony of China's complete vehicle export (Khorgos) base was held in Khorgos, Xinjiang. The base is of great significance for the local government to promote high-level opening up, further standardize the export management of Khorgos commercial vehicles, and improve the efficiency of integrated customs clearance of commodity vehicle servicing, transportation and exit.

Liu Zhiyan, member of the Party Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Khorgos Economic Development Zone, and member of the Standing Committee of the Khorgos Municipal Party Committee and executive vice mayor, said that Khorgos has made full use of "two markets and two resources", given play to its special advantages in location, policy, openness, etc., accelerated the construction of logistics hubs in land border port countries, and significantly improved the level of customs clearance facilitation. Khorgos has become a gateway to Central Asia, West Asia Logistics hubs and preferred destinations for international trade in Europe and other regions. The China Complete Vehicle Export (Khorgos) Base will provide a "door-to-door" full chain cross-border logistics service for the export of commercial vehicles, help more domestic vehicles speed up "going out", open up international trade markets and participate in global competition.

Gu Haifeng, general manager of Khorgos Asia Europe International Supply Chain Co., Ltd., said that the company will steadily promote project logistics planning and provide customers with end-to-end solutions from planning, transportation and tariff cost accounting, domestic and overseas road survey, customs declaration and transit, tracking information and logistics analysis feedback, overseas extension and other services.

The total floor area of China's Complete Vehicle Export (Khorgos) Base is 133000 square meters. All commercial vehicles will be brought into customs supervision places for unified management through the management mode of "commercial vehicle export base+supervision warehouse". At the same time, we will establish an electronic information platform to accurately grasp and publish the outbound situation of commodity vehicles, available parking spaces, on-the-job information of drivers and passengers, and basic information of agency companies. We will use the platform to achieve information sharing among manufacturers, agency companies, drivers, and other outbound links, and promote the accurate and efficient development of commodity vehicle distribution.
