On June 22, a China-Europe freight train departed from Nanning International Railway Port, exited through Alashankou in Xinjiang, and then arrived in Uzbekistan via Kazakhstan. It is reported that this is the first "China-Kazakhstan-Ukraine" China-Europe train from Guangxi, and it is also the first time that the "Railway Express" mode jointly launched by the General Administration of Customs and the National Railway Group has been used in Guangxi and Xinjiang.

Relying on the advantages of short operation time, safety and stability, and green environmental protection, the China-Europe freight train plays an active role in promoting "Made in Guangxi" and ASEAN products to the European market. The smooth opening of the "Railway Express" China-Europe train across the customs area marks that Guangxi has opened up the "Nanning-Moscow", "Nanning-Almaty", "Liuzhou-Moscow" and "Liuzhou-Almaty" routes. Article 5 The major channel for cross-border trade in goods between China and Europe is of positive significance for Guangxi to develop foreign trade and stimulate investment.

It is understood that the "Railway Express" model is a convenience measure jointly launched by the General Administration of Customs and the China National Railway Group to promote the development of China-Europe freight trains. In this mode, when the goods arrive at the customs supervision work site of Nanning International Railway Port, the "one-stop" customs declaration, inspection and release procedures can be completed. There is no need to go through additional formalities at the port, and the goods can be directly exited from the Alashankou port. This model effectively avoids the backlog of trains at the port, greatly shortens the customs clearance time of the train at the border port, and reduces the time and capital cost for export enterprises.

Zhang Xia, business manager of a logistics company in Guangxi, said that in the past, when goods exited the country through Alashankou Port, two customs clearance applications had to be submitted at Nanning Customs and Alashankou Port. Now the "railway express" mode across customs areas is implemented, which can save customs clearance throughout the process. Time 20 hours.

A total of 94 containers of goods were shipped on this train, including sugar, charcoal blocks and other items from Guangxi, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, as well as cashew nuts and daily necessities from Vietnam, with a total weight of about 2,418 tons.
