The transportation channel between Jihei and Heilongjiang has laid the foundation for building a large logistics hub of dual-circulation collection and distribution ports. At the same time, through the perfect collection and distribution system, the cooperation dimension and trade linkage between Huanghua Port and the maritime and inland regions have been strengthened, and the local economy and social development have been further promoted.

In recent years, based on the new stage of development, National Energy Group Huanghua Port has continuously enhanced its integrated collection and distribution capabilities, organically integrated its own development into the multimodal logistics chain of upstream and downstream enterprises, and actively promoted the construction of No. 3 and No. 4 general bulk cargo terminals.
