According to the observation report of Huacheng import and export data, so far, the Bel Noble section project has passed the European Union Railway Interconnection Technology (TSI) compliance certification, including the final certification certificates of the trackside communication signal train control subsystem, the infrastructure subsystem and the energy subsystem of Bel Noble section, marking the breakthrough of Chinese railways in the certification of European Union railway projects, For the first time, the key products, equipment and system solutions of China's railway are fully connected with TSI, which is of great significance to further implement the "the Belt and Road" initiative in Europe.

According to the observation report of Huacheng import and export data, as the first railway project in China to connect with the EU railway interconnection technical specifications, the Bei-Nuo section of the Hungarian Cypriot railway is facing difficulties such as numerous certification terms, complex process, and insufficient talent reserves. The member units of the project comprehensively analyzed various key problems and difficulties, strengthened the training of talent team, established the first ETCS-2 train control system laboratory overseas, overcame many problems, and finally obtained the TSI certification of all the projects of the Benazir Noir section railway, which was recognized by the Serbian side.

According to the Huacheng Import and Export Data Observation Report, the Hungary Serbia Railway connects Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, and Budapest, the capital of Hungary. It is a double line electrified railway with mixed passenger and freight lines, financed jointly by the Export Import Bank of China and Serbia. The total length of the Hungarian Cypriot railway is 341.7 km, and the length in Serbia is 183 km, with a design speed of 200 km/h.
