New Trends in International Trade! In recent years, with the remarkable achievements in the development of China's new energy vehicle industry, China's second-hand new energy vehicles with fast product iteration, high technology level and long mileage have gradually been recognized by overseas consumers.

"Influenced by the current international economic situation, the demand for domestic second-hand new energy vehicles in overseas markets is growing day by day, with huge potential." Recently, Xie Huaitao from Manzhouli Xingda Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the customs clearance procedures for seven domestic second-hand new energy vehicles, which will be exported to Europe through Manzhouli Road Port.

According to the data of China Automobile Circulation Association, most of the 16000 second-hand cars exported in the first half of this year are new energy vehicles. Among the second-hand cars exported from Taizhou and Tianjin, new energy second-hand cars account for more than 90%, while in Nanjing second-hand car exports, new energy cars account for 70%.

With the continuous improvement of China's new energy vehicle technology and the continuous support of the national policy on new energy vehicles, new energy vehicles produced by the first generation of technology in China have been transferred to the second-hand market, and the export prospect of new energy second-hand vehicles is promising. Guangdong Haoche Holding Co., Ltd. is one of the first batch of used car export enterprises in China. Lv Haijun, the business manager, is very confident about the prospect of entering the European used car market. Lv Haijun believed that: "The development of second-hand car export is an important measure for the innovation and development of foreign trade. The market potential is huge, and it is also an important way to stimulate the vitality of the domestic automobile consumer market and promote the healthy development of the automobile industry."

In July this year, a second-hand hybrid car was successfully exported to Europe after completing the customs formalities through the "single window" of international trade, which was the first time that a second-hand car was exported at the Manzhouli Road Port. Nowadays, Manzhouli Port handles more and more used car export business.

"The development of domestic new energy vehicles will help China to achieve 'overtaking on curves' in the automotive field, and also contribute wisdom and strength to tackling global climate change." Xu Xuemeng, head of the logistics monitoring section of Manzhouli Shili Customs, said: "The successful export of new energy second-hand cars is a sign that Manzhouli Port overcame the impact of the epidemic, enriched the types of goods to be exported, and helped international trade enterprises seize opportunities. The customs department pays close attention to the needs of enterprises, achieves the goal of" reporting, testing, and releasing ", and constantly improves the quality of customs clearance services throughout the process."

The growth of the export of second-hand new energy vehicles has also led to an increase in the export volume of international trade in the relevant infrastructure industry chain. In addition to ordering new energy vehicles in China, some overseas companies also showed interest in purchasing charging piles and maintenance services. From the perspective of the overall market, the export volume of China's new energy used car international trade is still growing, and is expected to exceed the export volume of new cars.

In recent three years, the proportion of sales of used cars and new cars in the domestic market is about 1:2, while that in some overseas countries is about 2:1. In the long run, the proportion of sales of used cars and new cars in China is expected to move closer to the mature market, which will also drive a significant increase in the trading volume of used cars.
