Fixed tube-plate heat exchanger

Fixed tube-plate heat exchanger is mainly composed of shell, tube plate, tube bundle, seal and other main components. The tube bundle is arranged in the shell, the tube bundle is fixed on the tube plate by welding, expansion or expansion welding at both ends, and a number of baffle plates are arranged in the tube bundle according to the length of the heat exchange tube. The heat exchange tube can be divided into a plurality of tube programs by a separator. The heat exchanger in this system has the characteristics of small bypass penetration, low cost, no internal leakage and high heat transfer efficiency.
