Based on the VAV variable air volume standard control system, the local air external circulation energy saving system is designed by the configuration of the replenished air hood. The system can keep the total amount of exhaust air unchanged, by using outdoor fresh air added to the fume hood, local air circulation mode, so that in the case of a large temperature difference between the laboratory and the outside world, to avoid a large amount of temperature difference gas in the laboratory, thereby saving refrigeration/heating energy consumption, reduce the overall energy consumption of the laboratory.
The local air external circulation energy saving system adopts intelligent regulation control technology, so that each opening of the supplementary risk control valve always lags behind the discharge risk control valve, and each closing is always ahead of the discharge risk control valve, to ensure that the relative negative pressure in the supplementary air fume hood is maintained, and the laboratory will not be backfilled.
