Pneumatic brake hose is mainly used in the pneumatic brake system of various trucks, buses and heavy vehicles to transmit pneumatic power. The inner layer is made of special fluorine rubber, and the outer layer is made of 304 stainless steel wire in multiple (single) layers. It is characterized by high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, flame retardancy, earthquake resistance, small bending radius, long service life, etc. It can also be widely used in aviation, chemical industry, machinery and other fields. The working temperature is - 45 ℃~+260 ℃, which can reach 300 ℃ in the short term, the high temperature 200 ℃ burst pressure>3MPA, and the normal temperature burst pressure>10MPA. After 720 hours of high temperature air aging at 200 ℃, 3MPA is kept free of leakage, and the pulse life exceeds 200000 times.
