Characteristic:
1. Good transfer effect and long service life
2. The seamless tube roller is used, and the outer/inner cylinder lathe is used. The outer cylinder of the roller is finely polished and then plated with Teflon to ensure that the temperature at each point is consistent. Single layer roller and double layer roller can be selected. The double layer roller has more uniform heating, no color difference when rotating, and saves 20% - 30% electricity. The stainless steel heating tube directly heats the oil layer, and the temperature can rise to 200 ℃ within 45 minutes
3. Each precision lathe of the deflection adjusting shaft shall be polished, and then plated with platinum. The error shall be controlled within 2 C, so that the blanket will not deviate under normal operation .
4. The main wallboard is made of 10 cm thick fine steel plate. Wire cutting has high precision and smaller error
5. Pneumatic pressure/hydraulic pressure function. The transfer effect is good, and the color is deeper andbrighter.
