Purpose overview

▲The boiling point of the physical solution decreases under vacuum, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, so the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
▲The heat source of the evaporation operation can be low-pressure steam or waste heat steam (the user can choose water or oil heating for special requirements, and the factory can design it for you).
▲It is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials that are easy to decompose, polymerize and deteriorate at high temperature.
▲It can be disinfected before drying, and no impurities are mixed in the drying process.
▲Since it is a static vacuum dryer, the shape of the dried material will not be damaged.
