ZLG series vibrating fluidized bed dryer enters materials into the dryer from the feed inlet. Under the action of the exciting force provided by the vibrating motor or other means, the materials jump forward on the air distribution plate. At the same time, the air is heated to a certain temperature after being filtered, and enters the lower air chamber of the dryer through the air outlet. Under the dual action of the vibrating force and the hot air flow passing through the air distribution plate, the materials are in contact with the hot air flow in a suspended state, The fierce turbulence between the material particles and the hot medium strengthens the heat and mass transfer process. The dried products are discharged from the discharge port.

Feature
1.The material is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, and the drying intensity is high. It can save about 30% energy compared with ordinary dryers. The vibration source is driven by vibration motor, with balanced operation, convenient main- tenance, low noise and long service life. Fluidization is stable without dead angle and blowing through. It has little damage to the surface of the material, and can be used for fragile drying. When the material particles are irregular, the work effect will not be affected.
2.The fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross contamination between materials and air, and the operating environ- ment is clean. It has good adjustability, wide adaptability, and can realize stepless adjustment of material layer thickness, moving speed in the machine and amplitude change.
3.The minimum fluidization gas velocity can be reduced by applying vibration, which can significantly reduce the air demand, thereby reducing the dust layer entrainment. The size of supporting heat source, fan, cyclone separator, etc. can also be reduced accordingly, and the complete set of equipment can be reduced, with obvious energy-saving effect. It is convenient to change the stay time in the machine by adjusting the vibration parameters. The piston flow operation reduces the require- ments for uniformity and regularity of material particle size, and it is easy to obtain uniform drying products.
Application
Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: various tablet granules, boric acid, borax, ammonium sulfate, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid, etc. Food and building materials: wine tank, monosodium glutamate, granulated sugar, salt, slag, bean paste, seeds, etc.
It can also be used for cooling and humidification of materials.
