Flash dryer combines fluidization, swirling, spouting, crushing and classification technology, which is an optimized combination of fluidization technology, swirling technology, spouting technology and convective heat transfer technology, with high technical content of equipment. It can dry the material with water content of 90% to the specified standard at one time. It is suitable for the drying of paste, granule, filter cake and mud material.

The flash dryer feeds through a rotating cylinder called a drum. It is a cylindrical shell usually made of steel plate, slightly sloping, usually 0.3-5m in diameter, 5-90m in length, and rotates at 1-5rpm.

Flash dryer low noise, small vibration, PLC control, the whole system is reliable and safe. The equipment has compact structure and small footprint. Can choose a variety of thermal media, such as coal, electricity, oil or natural gas, but also can use waste gas as a primary and secondary indirect hot air.
