1. The MW1432B model is an improved version of the M131W and M1432A, and is a universal cylindrical grinder with manual, electrical, and hydraulic control.
2. The machine bed rigidity and thermal deformation are superior to those of the M1432A. The worktable is lubricated in a small-hole throttling unloading form, the grinding wheel frame spindle is thickened, the motor power is increased, the temperature rise of the grinding wheel frame oil pool is small, and the grinding rate is high.
3. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable, the rapid advance and retreat of the wheel frame, and the automatic cycle feed of the grinding wheel are all controlled by operating buttons, electrical, and hydraulic controls. The machine tool has a manual workbench mechanism, a manual horizontal feed mechanism for the grinding wheel frame, and a hydraulic foot-operated tailstock center retraction device.
4. The headstock can be adjusted to any angle within a 90-degree counterclockwise range. By swinging the angle of the headstock, workbench, or grinding wheel frame, internal and external conical workpieces of different tapers can be ground. Internal circular parts can be ground by flipping down the internal grinding tool holder on the grinding wheel frame body. 6 sets of internal grinding rods are available for selection.
5. The workpiece, external grinding wheel, internal grinding wheel, hydraulic pump, and cooling pump are each driven by an independent motor.
6. The machine tool adopts an electrical and hydraulic interlocking mechanism with various moving parts, ensuring safe and lockable operation. The external and internal grinding wheels are equipped with reliable safety shields.
