1. Exhaust gas purification tower

The exhaust gas purification tower is generally a vertical spray washing packed tower, and the internal nozzles and packing layers are alternately distributed. The filler has a large specific surface area and is used to increase the contact area between the two fluids. Exhaust gas enters from the bottom, passes through the packing layer and demister, and is discharged from the top. The liquid is pumped to the nozzle to be sprayed out, falls down, and returns to the water tank through the packing layer. Impurities in the exhaust gas adhere to the filler, and then enter the water tank under the action of water flow to achieve the purpose of interception. The impurities in the water tank need to be cleaned regularly, and the sewage needs to be discharged regularly.

2. Exhaust gas purification equipment

Decompose polluted gas into harmless and odorless gas through destruction, decomposition and catalytic oxidation. Destruction – C-band light is used to strongly split the molecular chains of polluting gases, change the molecular structure of substances, and crack and oxidize high-molecular pollutants into low-molecular harmless substances, such as water and carbon dioxide. Generally speaking, photocatalytic oxidation is a catalytic action under the action of visible light from the outside. The photocatalytic oxidation reaction uses semiconductors and air as catalysts, and uses light as energy to degrade organic matter into CO2, H2O and other harmless components.

3. Low-temperature plasma exhaust gas purifier

Low-temperature plasma technology is the cutting-edge technology of exhaust gas treatment, and has significant advantages in smoke and dust treatment. The basic principle is that electrons are generated under the action of high voltage in the electric field. When the average energy of the electrons exceeds the chemical bond energy of the target molecular molecules, the molecular bonds are broken to achieve the purpose of eliminating gaseous pollutants.
