Several detector heads and their corresponding light sources are uniformly distributed within the width of the fabric, and the fabric runs between the detector head and the light bulb. Each weft yarn will affect the brightness of the light measured by the detector head. The detector receiver receives the light dark signal alternately. The detector collects the signal, calculates the weft angle after comparison and analysis, and sends it to the upper computer for processing: the computer judges the amount of weft skew and weft arc of the detector head, and immediately drives the skew and bend actuators to automatically correct the fabric skew and weft arc.
