The ZXYT series motor has a low current and a temperature rise that is 15°C to 20°C lower than that of typical induction motors. The insulation materials and bearings of the motor have significantly increased lifespan, making the motor more durable and reducing maintenance costs.
With strong starting capability, reliable operation, low noise, excellent automatic control performance, strong versatility, and wide adaptability, permanent magnet motors of grade 4 or above can be directly started at full load, demonstrating strong pull-in synchronization capability.
During normal operation, the motor speed remains constant, resulting in products with greater consistency and better quality.
The ZXYT series produces an ideal sine wave current waveform, causing no harmonic interference to the power grid during use. It boasts excellent electromagnetic compatibility and strong adaptability. It can either self-start and directly replace three-phase induction motors, or be paired with a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation. Additionally, it can directly replace DC motors, which require cumbersome and complex maintenance and are costly.
The ZXYT series boasts a compact size, low loss, high efficiency, and energy saving. Thanks to the reasonable design of the motor air gap, it features a good current waveform, with significantly reduced pulsating torque and electromagnetic noise, achieving a noise level 10-40 decibels lower than that of general asynchronous motors of the same specification.
